Services

Branding, Event & Video production

Overview

MyLLENNIUM AWARD is the first Italian multidisciplinary generational award.

Gruppo Barletta's contest was established in 2014. For the past eight years, it has awarded young Italians under 30 and their projects in entrepreneurship, journalism, architecture, research, cinema, education, music, sports, and social impact.

Solution

From its inception, we worked on the project by designing the brand identity, building an online presence through the website, and taking care of all the production aspects for the awards night.

Event and social distancing: a possible combo

2020 Limited Edition

At a time of great difficulty due to Covid19 and the social distancing that followed, organizing an event was impossible. It even bordered on the unthinkable. Despite it, we accepted the challenge.

We developed and implemented the entire production in 30 days (half the time taken in previous years). On July 20, 2020, the 6th edition of the Myllenium Award was held at Villa Medici in Rome. This was a record edition in terms of the number of participants and categories competing. The great challenge of this edition was ensuring the event's success while guaranteeing maximum safety for the participants' health. We succeeded.

App ufirst

We used ufirst, an app that allows users to queue remotely, thus avoiding crowds.

Ad hoc gadgets

To promote event safety, we distributed a kit containing a mask and disinfectant to guests.
